Comverse Customer Services support the deployment of each service provider solution. Our experts manage solution integration into existing networks and into the OSS/BSS environments. The work can be carried out entirely by the Customer Services team, or in cooperation with a systems integrator or together with the customer’s own staff. If necessary, a Comverse expert can also support day-to-day operations during the ramp-up phase until the operator is ready to take over all the tasks.
All members of the Comverse Customer Services team are experienced in large carrier network deployments and deliver solutions worldwide. They are typically PMI certified and are required to follow an ongoing professional development program.
