Philip H. Osman has more than 30 years of leadership experience building and operating successful businesses for communications companies. Prior to joining Comverse, Mr. Osman served as the Principal at FastBreak Solutions, a consulting company to senior executives across the global technology and communications sectors on the development and deployment of next-generation mobile networks, applications and devices.

Before that, Mr. Osman served at AT&T Wireless/Cingular in various roles and management positions, including Executive Vice President -- Merger Integration, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer -- Mobile Multimedia Services.

Mr. Osman holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Trinity College.
