Quality teams at Comverse spent over a year preparing for the certification audit. It was a considerable challenge to meet all the requirements of certification in an environment that is constantly changing and evolving in relation to market standards, however mobilization with Comverse was considerable and the Quality teams were determined to succeed.

The ISO 9001 certification proves that the Comverse Netcentrex IP Communications solutions conform to internationally recognized standards in terms of technology, quality of service and solution support.
